Scandinavian CUP Vantaa 2.-4.1.2026

Welcome to Scandinavian CUP x-country skiing competition in Hakunila Sports Park, Vantaa. Come and enjoy the atmosphere and spend unforgettable moments with top x-country skiing in holiday season.

An international battle for Olympic representations and dominance of the ski tracks is expected between Finns, Swedes and Norwegians, not forgetting skiers of other nationalities. Scandinavian CUP program includes

• Friday 2.1.2026 Sprint 1.3 km (W+M, classic style)
  • Qualifications starting at AM10:00
  • Heat stage starting after qualifications
• Saturday 3.1.2026 Distance 20 km (W+M, classic style, with timed starts)
  • Women’s competition starting at AM10:00
  • Men’s competition starting after women’s competition
• Sunday 4.1.2026 Distance 10 km (W+M, free style, with timed starts)
  • Women’s competition starting at AM10:00
  • Men’s competition starting after women’s competition

Tickets and fees

Tickets will be sold on site only. Ticket prices:

• Adults: €10 / person / competition day
• Children (under 18): free admission

Parking in the event side is available and will be charged €10 / car / each competition day.

The audience is asked to arrive at the event well in advance to avoid congestion at the ticket sales counter.

Arrival

• Come by car or public transport (see map)
• By car: there are a limited number of parking spaces in the area – see the map below
  • There is a €10 fee for the competition event parking lots each day
• By public transport: you can easily find connections to the competition event on the HSL website https://www.hsl.fi/ with the search term “Hakunila sport park”

Events area

The events area located in Hakunila sport park’s ski stadium in Vantaa. In the stadium there is a Race Square for the spectators, where you can follow the race. Happenings will not be missed, as the live feed are shown on the large screen in the stadium area.

Therea are also places along the track, which you can follow the race and encourage the skiers. The map below shows the locations for the audience to watch the competitions.
