Registration / Entry
Thanks to everyone entered the competitions! Registration of the competition has been closed. Inquiries of the late registration can be asked competition director (vhs.kilpailut@outlook.com).
Individual competitors
Please, fill the registration form right side of the page. The registration information must include:
- Registrar’s (competitor’s)
- first and last name
- e-mail address
- gender / serie: F = female / M = male
- Which competitions are you participating in?
- SPRINT = Sprint 1.3km classic style
- C20KM = Distance 20km classic style
- F10KM = Distance 10km free style
- Nationality (FIS 3 letters, nations not included in Scandinavian CUP countries, please choose OTHER)
- Personal FIS-code (7 numbers)
- Assistant’ name (If have, first and last name)
- Number of lunch (competitor and assistant)
- Food allergies
Teams
Teams register their athletes with a list or table, which contains the above information for each athlete and any other persons who will accredit with the team. The same list will be used when register the team leader and service and assistent staff. The team may have one assisting person for every three athletes starting. Assisting persons’ and team captain’ names must be included in the registration list or table and it needs to be sent to vhs.kilpailut@outlook.com
National teams
National teams register their entire team using the FIS Entry form, which is sent to vhs.kilpailut@outlook.com
Competition fee
The competition fee is 20 € / race / competitor and is paid by bank transfer using the details below:
Individual competitors
- Payee: Vantaan hiihtoseura ry
- Account number / IBAN: FI55 4055 1320 0719 82
- BIC: HELSFIHH
- Payment due date: 18 December 2025
- Amount of payment: depending on the number of races and lunch meals you choose. Each race cost 20 € and each meal costs 20 € separately
- Payment message: Athlete’s FIS code (seven digits)
- Please confirm the reference information. As payments without reference information or with incorrect information may not be allocated before the competitions, which may jeopardize participation
Teams / National teams
If a Team or National team registers athletes entry, registrations must be paid with a single bank transfer payment with the following conditions:
- Payment details as above (as induvidual competitors)
- Payment message: Team / National team name, which must be same as registration e-mail
- The amount of the payment must correspond to the total number of races reported to the all competitors
- Please confirm the reference information, as payments without reference information or with incorrect information may not be processed before the competitions, which may jeopardize participation
Registration / Entry period
Registration is open now and it ends on 18th December 2025 due to Christmast and New Year holidays. It is not possible to register for the competition after this date.
