Our accommodation partner, Scandic Hotels, offers high-quality and affordable accommodation close to the competition venue and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. For accommodation matters, please contact them directly as follows:

Individuals or small groups (less than 10 people)

National teams / teams (10 people or more)

Enquire and book accommodation for your team according to these instructions.

Meals

A room reservation at the Scandic Hotels includes breakfast and, for an additional fee, dinner from the buffet. For more information, please visit the host’s website and the instructions.

Catering in stadium area

A good lunch, meeting the athlete’s requirements, has been arranged at the Communication and media Center (see map). Lunch must be booked and paid for upon registration. One lunch costs 20 €.

Fri Jan 2nd 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sat Jan 3rd 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sun Jan 4th 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

In addition, drinks and snacks can be purchased at the competition area café.
